456bda's Terms & Conditions take effect as soon as you access the platform. These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail. 456bda operates under an international gaming licence and fully complies with the guidelines of the relevant regulatory authorities.

• 456bda is not liable for any bets cancelled due to technical issues, but the stake will be refunded.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on 456bda, users must meet certain eligibility criteria. The registration requirements under these Terms & Conditions are detailed below.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• No individual may create more than one account.
• Multiple members of the same household may create separate accounts, but operating more than one account from the same device or IP address is not permitted.
• 456bda may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes.
• Accounts registered with false information will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Section 3

Account Management

Keeping your 456bda account secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, change it regularly, and always log out after using a public device.

Account Security Guidelines

• Never share your login credentials with anyone — this is a clear violation of our terms.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact 456bda support immediately.
• Stay alert to phishing and scams — 456bda will never ask for your password by email or phone.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.

Inactive Account Policy

An account will be marked inactive if there is no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months. A monthly maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts. Contact support to reactivate your account.

Betting Rules

Certain rules apply when placing bets on 456bda. Please read this section of the Terms & Conditions carefully, as it directly affects your betting experience.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 456bda cancels it for its own reasons.
• 456bda reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error is found in the odds.
• Pre-match bets are placed at fixed odds before the match begins; in live betting, odds change in real time.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market — follow the limits shown on screen when placing your bet.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, 456bda may place your payment on hold until the investigation is complete.

If an event is cancelled or suspended

If a match or event is cancelled, stakes are generally refunded. For partially played matches, 456bda's specific rules apply, as detailed in each sport's section.

Section 5

Payments & Transactions

456bda supports the most popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly, but may take up to 30 minutes in some cases.
• Please provide the correct reference number when making a deposit, otherwise your credit may be delayed.
• Only deposit from a Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.

Bonuses & Promotions

456bda offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which must be read before claiming. The general bonus rules under these Terms & Conditions are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the bonus page.
• Bonuses may only be used on games or markets designated by 456bda.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as arbitrage betting or account sharing — the bonus will be cancelled.
• 456bda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Responsible Gaming

456bda firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial stress. We consider responsible gaming to be a core part of our values.

• Set your own weekly or monthly deposit limit — any increase to this limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily take a break from betting.

Account Closure & Suspension

456bda reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice for the following reasons.

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity related to accounts or payments.
• Evidence of match manipulation or fraudulent betting practices.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Confirmed to be a minor.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, but unused bonuses will be forfeited.
